This Privacy Policy explains how Studios EC handles information in connection with the OpenFoot mobile app (Android package: com.openfoot). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who we are
OpenFoot is an indie project developed by Studios EC. It is an offline football manager built with Expo / React Native.

2. What data we collect
OpenFoot does not require creating a user account. We do not operate our own analytics or advertising backend in the current version.
We do not collect or send personal data to our servers. Game progress, saved matches, and preferences are stored only on your device.
Locally, the app may store, among other things:
- Matches and manager saves (game state) in a local SQLite database.
- App preferences (for example language or other settings) in local device storage.
We do not sell personal data. There is no account signup, cloud profile, or sync to Studios EC servers in the current version.
3. How data is used
Local data is used solely so the app works on your device: continuing matches, remembering preferences, and providing the offline gameplay experience.
We do not use that data for targeted advertising or for commercial profiling outside your device.
4. Local storage and saves
Matches and progress are saved in SQLite in the app’s storage on your device.
Preferences (language and similar) are saved in the system / app local storage.
This data is not copied to Studios EC servers. If you back up your device with Google or manufacturer tools, those backups follow those providers’ policies, not ours.
5. Device permissions
Depending on the Android / Expo version, the app may declare or use permissions such as:
- INTERNET — common in Expo runtimes; core gameplay is offline and does not depend on sending your saves to our servers.
- VIBRATE — for optional haptic feedback.
We do not request location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions for gameplay.
If we later add features that need additional permissions, we will disclose them on the Play Store listing and update this policy.
6. Third-party services
OpenFoot is distributed through Google Play. Google may process information related to download, install, updates, and store usage under its own policies.
In the current version we do not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
If we later add third-party services (for example analytics, crash reporting, or ads), we will update this Privacy Policy before or together with that change and describe what data may be processed.
7. Retention and deletion
Because we do not store your game data on our servers, we do not retain matches or preferences in Studios EC cloud storage.
Uninstalling OpenFoot normally deletes the app’s local data (saves and preferences). You can also clear app data from Android settings without uninstalling.
If you have a device backup that includes app data, that copy may keep information until you delete it using the manufacturer’s or Google’s tools.
8. Children
OpenFoot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal data through a channel (for example a contact email), write to us at the contact address and we will take reasonable steps.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable law, or our practices change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version. We recommend reviewing it periodically. For material changes, we may highlight them on the Google Play listing or in a later app version.
